SPOKANE BOYS VOLLEYBALL CLUB MERGES WITH RENOVATORS VBC

BOYS U16 & U18s RENOVATORS VBC

As the longest running boys’ volleyball club in Spokane, Spokane Boys Volleyball Club (SBVC) has been in operation for 20+ years with alumni competing at all collegiate levels (DI, DII, DIII, NAIA and Club). The boy’s involvement with volleyball has grown over the years with more and more teams  formed in the Spokane Area, especially over the last year through the efforts of Evergreen Region.  To enable the continued growth of the sport, SBVC has merged with Renovators Volleyball Club (RVC). The SBVC club director, Roland Madany will continue with RVC as the Boys Program Director.  RVC is a great fit for the SBVC.  As with our all of our teams, the SBVC athletes will receive the highest level of training and sports conditioning.  We welcome SBVC to the RVC family!

My name is Cullen Bryant and I am a sophomore at Gonzaga
University. I study political science and psychology on
pre-law with the hopes of going into intellectual property
law. I've been playing volleyball for over 5 years now and
I've been coaching for two years. This is my first year at
RVC. I previously played for South Sound Volleyball Club in
Seattle and now play for the Gonzaga Men's Club team. I'm
really excited to continue to get involved with the Spokane
 volleyball community.

MISSION:
Inspire youth athletes; develop mental and physical growth in the sport of volleyball, while fostering an atmosphere of teamwork, honor and integrity.  Promote and encourage the growth of youth volleyball across all socioeconomic groups in the Spokane community and surrounding areas.

Skills Director, Shaune Montgomery, will provide strategic skills training to all athletes in the club at no additional cost.

Club Director and Trainer, Rob White, has the gift to motivate any athlete and has a proven system that works with all sports. Rob has trained athletes in multiple sports who have received D1 scholarships. Explosion, Vert, and 1st step quickness will be his main focus this season.

TRAVEL:
As a part of Renovators Volleyball  Club, our older teams will be traveling to tournaments that get our athletes great competition and exposure.  Our younger teams will focus on local tournaments and will go to Nationals if our team wins the bid at regionals or the PNQ.  Travel arrangements for players are to be made by the parents.  Therefore; cost of travel per player will vary based on what arrangements are made by each set of parents.  We have a travel coordinator who will book all hotel arrangements. All parents are expected to stay in our reserved room blocks.  This allows our coordinator bargaining power to gain reduced fees for the club.  Athletes are allowed to stay with their parents in the room block.
