RVC VERTICAL JUMP CAMP
THE BREAKDOWN FOR SUMMER 2018:
Rob White and John Gaudio have designed a 5 week training course specifically for any male or female athlete who’s looking to put in the work to become faster, stronger, and more importantly INCREASE their VERTICAL. If you show up and work hard I guarantee you will jump higher and establish that first step quickness. Take full advantage of your summer by training smarter. By the time Vert Camp ends, high school tryouts will begin.
Last 2 summers (2016/17 camps) athletes increased their vertical by 2 inches on average. The largest increase by one athlete was 6 inches!
I’ve seen Vert Camps in other regions and they seem to be in high demand, however, in our area there’s only the traditional speed and agility or strength and conditioning clinics. Because I strive to be different and I believe there could be more D1 athletes from our area if they had access to the same type of training as some of the power house areas, I’m offering an opportunity that works for anyone who can commit to the 5 weeks of instruction.
If you could purchase more Vertical in Costco everyone would be able to jump high. Let’s face it if you want to jump higher you have to put in the work. This camp is open to males and females ages 12-24.
