2016 RVC Post Season Team at the Emerald City Classic
Renovators Volleyball Club (RVC) is a growing, competitive juniors club in Spokane, Washington. Founded in 2015, by Rob White (club director & owner), the first year consisted of 4 teams, in 2020, there were 12 teams ranging from U12 – U18. Through Rob White’s leadership, the club continues to grow through innovative approaches while producing competitive teams.
We strive to develop and push every athlete to their maximum potential. We understand how much time an athlete can spend training and we also understand the financial impact for the parents; therefore, we seek to provide the best team for each athlete during tryouts.
RVC employs 28 skilled coaches whose experiences include school, club, collegiate, and professional levels. Annually, all coaches, regardless of team or skill level, must complete CEC's in person or online to continue honing their skill set.
RVC does not own a facility yet however, The Hub Sports Center has been our home since inception and continues to get 95% of our business. Having a facility to call home affords us the opportunity to continue to grow and develop relationships with families from Idaho and Washington.
It is extremely rewarding to see 95% of our athletes continue to play volleyball after high school. If any player is interested to play in college, we have access to recruiting services through our staff to help navigate the recruiting process.
By focusing on our athletes first and employing skilled coaches, we have the perfect mix for running an exceptional program.
