If you want to be the best indoor volleyball player you can be, play sand!!! Both girls and boys are welcome. 

By playing sand you will:

• Enhance your 6 physical skills.
• Increase your vertical and stamina.
• Enhance your ability to read the game faster.
• Turn you into a digging machine!!! 
• More importantly it will develop your mental game and build your mental toughness.
• Be labeled as a player with the “IT” factor; intangible qualities that winners posses and others want to play with.

Our undefeated ERVA U18 Allen’s team practiced as a team in the sand for 2 months before the indoor season started. The time spent in the sand has proven to provide a small team big opportunity. Six of seven seniors have already accepted offers to play in college! 

All U14 and under athletes should take advantage of the Allen Allen (A2) sand training. A2 will be the conductor and his U18’s team will be assisting. 

A graduate of the University of Hawaii with a major in History and minor in Film study. A three-time All American Volleyball Player @ Univ. of Hawaii 1997-89, runner-up for NCAA Player of the year in 1989.  Voted by Volleyball monthly Magazine-1990 as top 25 volleyball player in the NCAA since its inception, 1970 through 1990.

Inducted into University Hall of Fame 2012.
